Our tank leasing services provide clients with secure, certified, and scalable petroleum storage solutions at key global terminals. Whether you're storing Jet A1, EN590, LNG, or crude, our facilities ensure reliable throughput and compliance with all international standards.
Clients initiate the leasing process by submitting an official Letter of Intent (LOI) or inquiry, specifying the product type, volume, duration, and preferred location (Rotterdam, Houston, Jurong, etc.). Our team reviews the request and offers the best storage configuration based on availability and logistics alignment.
conduct background checks and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with ISPS and international shipping regulations. Clients are required to provide valid company documentation and authorization to transact on behalf of their organization.
Once documentation is approved, we issue a Tank Availability Confirmation (TAC) along with a draft Storage Tank Lease Agreement (STLA). Clients are then required to pay a reservation fee or commitment deposit to secure the space within the agreed period.
Clients schedule delivery of their product to the terminal via vessel, truck, or pipeline. Our technical and logistics teams coordinate offloading operations, ensuring smooth transfer into the allocated tank, along with full sampling, testing, and certification.
BOQ's Clients receive real-time updates on tank levels, temperature, and volume via our digital portal. Our terminals are equipped with SCADA and sensor-based automation, giving clients full visibility and control over their product inventory.
All leased tanks operate under strict HSE protocols and are covered by full insurance. Our operations meet international standards including ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001. We offer round-the-clock surveillance, fire suppression systems, and emergency response readiness.
