Our certified STS zones offer safe and efficient transfer of cargo between tankers. Whether lightering VLCCs offshore or re-distributing refined fuels from mother vessels to feeder ships, all operations are conducted under strict MARPOL and ISGOTT compliance with qualified mooring masters onboard.
BOQ’s network enables terminal-based transshipment via pipelines, truck loading racks, and rail interfaces. This allows bulk redistribution between tank farms, ensuring continuity in the supply chain while minimizing delays and handling risks.
All transshipment operations are conducted under full marine and product insurance coverage. Our HSE supervisors, third-party surveyors, and risk assessors are present on-site to ensure compliance with ISPS, OCIMF, and terminal-specific guidelines.
Accurate quantity and quality control is ensured through certified measurement tools, inline analyzers, and laboratory sampling. Independent inspectors (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) verify density, sulfur content, temperature, and moisture levels during transfer.
